The interaction and the response with the law firm was impeccable. Their efficiency was very much appreciated. The difficulty we encountered was the inefficiency of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for a simple document that was readily available (Cause of Death). The request took over a year and only when I went in person did it get resolve. Simply because of a repeated error the agency's employees were making by not reading carefully our specific request and instructions. It appears that the agency needs to better train the Department's employees to watch for such small but very important details

I was given Hansen and Rosasco phone number and information from a brother from church who was also down town during 9-1-1 . I called up and spoke with thee lawyers and gave all my information to them. They where able to help me with the 9-1–1 compensation fund, and they did a very good job with it.
