I met Danielle back in 2013 when she was assigned to me as a 18B lawyer. She did such a fantastic job then that when I got arrested the next time in 2017 I hired her right away as my private attorney to defend me. She didn’t disappoint this time either, getting me the best deal possible with no criminal record. Hopefully I don’t get arrested ever again, but if I do I will most definitely be calling Danielle to represent me again. Thanks again Danielle

Danielle handled my son's case which could have gone awry yet Danielle was able to keep him out of prison and get into a program that, providing he did his part, would also keep him from having a record. That may not seem like much however as a mother my first thought is for my child's future. NO RECORD makes a major difference in someone who has their whole life ahead of them. Danielle has been so attentive to all of my questions & concerns throughout this entire process. Even after the fact and it is so greatly appreciated because I have had no idea of what to expect every step of the way. Danielle knew from the moment I read her the officer's ticket details for my son's recent pull over that something was wrong. After court delays Danielle finally prevailed and won a complete dismissal of the ticket, which was incorrectly written and various other issues which only a lawyer can find. Great job!

So I met Danielle at the courthouse when my attorney didn't show. She was consulting with another client. I was taken back by her honesty and straight forward responses to her client. She seemed so confident. We then met in her office and gave me hope. She managed to to turn my nightmare into a tolerable situation. She was very attentive, and always there to answer questions. My sister has been thought a lot transferred from one prison which we were extremely unhappy with the first attorney she had then transferred to another jail nobody has done nothing to try to help her and her complicated case thats how I felt up untill I had the pleasure of meeting defense attorney Danielle papa she is very understanding and to the point and I believe she is going to get the best deal possible for my sister. In April of 2015 I was charged with DUI and possession. To be honest I was pretty scared about the long term consequences in regards to my recordand of course my freedom. I interviewed 5 lawyers and all had various pricing points. I did not pick Danielle because of the price even though comparatively she was reasonable. I picked Danielle because for a few reasons. First she listened and asked intelligent well thought out questions. Second she reviewed various scenarios and WE agreed on what would be best for my particular situation. Third she laid out out a comprehensive yet realistic strategy on how to obtain that goal. Finally and perhaps most important she has empathy. Danielle did not judge or preach. She at no point made me feel less than because I had a problem and admittedly I had a serious problem. I have had very frank conversations with Danielle since retaining her and she was always supportive and I would even go so far to say proud. Ultimatelyat this point I would consider her a friend and I take that word very seriously. Yet in regard to her legal prowess, I followed her suggestions to a tee which in turn gave her the ammunition to tenaciously argue my case over the period of over a year. My judge was not known for leniency yet Danielle NEVER settled. At one point even I was going settle but she refused and for that I will be eternally grateful. If you are reading this review clearly you have an issue. My suggestion is two fold. First hire Danielle she will not disappoint. Second, listen and ACT upon her suggestions, not only will it help your case it may save your life...it saved mine. To sum up my experience, I expected somewhere between 6-8 months in county a felony DUI AND misdemeanor possession of heroin. I received a misdemeanor DUI and a disorderly conduct with no jail time and to boot I'm 7 months clean and I've never been happier. To me this is no just a review but a thank you letter to someone who made a massive positive impact in my life and again I could not be more grateful. Michael L
