I have been going to court for a long time due to custody issues, and have worked with a few different lawyers. Ian was by far the most honest lawyer I have ever spoken with and he fought professionally and hard for a good outcome in court, because of Ian I now no longer have to worry about anything involving my custody case. He explained everything to me and answered every text message, email and phone call even if it was on a weekend. This guy is a shark, an incredible lawyer. Highly recommend

5 stars all the way! I was referred to Ian after another attorney told me completely incorrect information and used all my money. Ian treated me like a friend and responded to my calls as If I was his only client. Not only is Ian extremely knowledgeable but he was punctual, honest and careful not accrue any additional and unnecessary expenses. Mr Mednick helped me with my divorce which incidentally was shortly before the pandemic began. He was helpful and answered all my questions and was patient and professional when I needed it the most. I highly recommend him if a divorce attorney is needed.

Mr. Mednick is a professional, straightforward and prompt . He is very responsive and was quick to answer any of my calls , texts or any questions I may have had. He is authentic and helped guide me through the divorce process with ease. I would highly recommend .

Be careful, He took a $6,000 retainer, filed for my divorce and was supposed to have my H serviced. I fired him a week after he filed because he didn’t serve my H. He was rude when I called him, he never returned my important calls (this all the first week that I hired him). I had an order of protection and was quite scared. Communication regarding my H being served was imperative. I fired Ian 9 days after I retained him. He never sent me a bill, wouldn’t return my text or calls regarding my $6,000 retainer. This took place in January 2019 & I’m still trying to get back my $6,000. I would say to any female that wants to retain him.... DONT! He took advantage of me at my most vulnerable and frightening time in my life.

Many years ago Ian Mednick helped me with my divorce. He was fresh out of college and showed more efficiency then the three previous lawyers that took retainer fees and left me flat. He displayed courage and an absolute no nonsense attitude. Recently I tracked down Ian Mednick and asked him for his help with an appeal to a pension matter. His appeal was written brilliantly. Ian went above and beyond to represent my daughter and protected my grandkids best interests. We met with a few attorneys but Ian made us feel confident that he would not back down and fight for what we needed. Ian got us great results and my daughter was very fortunate to have found him and his expertise.
