Joseph, was referred to us by a family member to assist in the closing of our first home. As first time home buyers/owners we were not knowledgeable with the closing process. We met with Joseph several times (including Satruday's) and he explained the contract and closing process/procedures to ensure clarity on our end. There was some back and forth with the sellers and Joseph made every effort to work for our requests on the contract. We were living in Long Island at the time and purchasing our house in Westchester Country and he made the trip to Westchester County to attend the closing, with no questions asked.
