We have used josh for selling and buying houses. He is 110% the best RE attorney I never seen. Lots of my friend says RE attorney don’t do anything, I told them that they didn’t get lucky to find a good one. Good attorney could make deals but bad one destroys all relationships. Josh is very punctual，detail oriented and knowledgeable. Looking no more, he is the best.

I cannot more highly recommend Josh Bogaty and his firm for Long Island real estate transactions. I am myself a lawyer, but do not handle real estate transactions. I was looking for experienced real estate counsel to handle the simultaneous sale of and purchase of residential real estate, a stressful situation that's like trying to thread a needle, with a lot of potential pitfalls. Josh came recommended from a colleague and I'm very glad we found him to advise us in the process. As a first time home buyer i had a lot of questions and concerns and Mr. Bogaty answered them in great detail. He was always available and his paralegal was also very helpful. At the closing he took his time to explain all of the closing documents and closing costs. I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends family.

Mr Bogaty represented me when I purchased my first home. He did a great job getting favorable terms incorporated in to my contract and he kept me informed the entire time. He didn't just take care of everything, he also explained exactly what the contract was saying in plain english. The icing on the cake was when he discovered two discrepancies with the money the lender was giving me at closing. There was $2500 in mistakes by the bank's attorney. He saved me all that money that the $850 attorney I almost used would have missed. He gave me his cell phone number at our first meeting and always texted and emailed me. Mr Bogaty is the best!

As a first time homebuyer, the process can be very overwhelming. However, Josh was a great source of information and guided me through it. He stayed on top of things and during my closing he found a discrepancy and I walked away with money back in my pocket. I look forward to working with him again, when I decide to refinance.

My closing took place on time and with all papers needed ready to sign. There were no delays or issues regarding taxes, title, bank playoffs, escrow, or other matters that can become a problem during a closing. The transaction took about 30 minutes and I was completely satisfied.
