Working with Gary was such a positive and amazing experience. Gary returned my first phone call within minutes. I had received 2 traffic violations on the LIE and was so upset and stressed out. If I had my way, I wouldn't give them one star. In my landlord tenant case, I initially hired an attorney for $500.00 who was excellent, however, too ill to try a trial case. So, I contacted Feldman, Kramer and Monaco who referred me to a lawyer for a retainment fee of $3,OOO.OO. This attorney was so incompetent, until he never sent me a retainment agreement as the first attorney. In addition, he deposited the retainment check extremely late. Informing me that he was either at a wedding, funeral or whatever. Due to the Pandemic and with the knowledge that we would never meet in person, I took the time to do the legal briefs. You would think that would have made things easy. Instead, he was always busy and my calls and written communication were relentless. He was chronically unprofessional and had very little time for me. This attorney was not working in my interest. He encouraged me to take another apartment in the same building. Ocean Terrace is a huge apartment building. Management claimed they cleaned the vent ducts and heating system for $479 or thereabout. House vents ducts (never mind the heating system) can't be cleaned for that. He was soooo incompetent that he didn't question whether I would be moving from one contaminated apartment into another. As my case was a landlord tenant case, I withheld the rent. Upon the initial Settlement Hearing, this attorney never spoke with me or prepared me as to what to expect. I never experienced any court proceedings in my lifetime as a defendant.. I never was in any types of legal proceedings. My apartment was contaminated. I had proof of that. In addition, I had medical documentation that I should be relocated to another building, entirely, in order to detox my body from the mold exposure that I was physically suffering from. During the settlement hearing, I fired that attorney because he was not working in my interest; just the opposite. I questioned if he was working for the landlord...who is highly politically connected. As a result, this attorney mailed me a long list of legal activities he claimed he performed in my interest and included another bill increasing his legal fees, without a retainment agreement, to almost $5,000.00. This was approximately in a matter of 3 months or less. Both the administrator at Feldman, Kramer and Monaco and this attorney insisted that my case would not be judged in my favor. To which the representative at Feldman, Kramer and Monaco dismissed the additional fees. Therefore, I paid $3,000.00, for the worse legal representation on could imagine....NO LEGAL REPRESENTATION. Returned to the $500.00 attorney, who I retained for legal advice. He was excellent. However, again, he was too ill to try my case. Therefore, I obtained a FREE LEGAL ATTORNEY, in South Jersey Legal Services, and he too was excellent, supportive, extremely knowledgeable, professional and we worked together. Remember, the legal briefs were done by me. He allowed me to review the discovery claims and answer. The judge ruled in my favor. Thereby, opening the door for additional financial recoupment litigation. Once contacting the administrator at Feldman, Kramer and Monaco today, informing her of the ruling and expressing my discontent with her shady legal service, she asked, "What did you get?" Professionalism, a chance to move on to additional litigation with a ruling in my favor. .That's what I got...FOR FREE! It appears this firm is all about money. They are in the wrong business; they should have been a COLLECTION AGENCY because all they wanted was money: Service is out of the question. Buyer Beware. Feldman, Kramer and Monaco are in the business of taking advantage of persons in serious need of legal support and council. You can retain better service for free,

Gary is awesome! Very helpful and always answered any questions I had. Brought my point carrying violation down to no points! Would definitely recommend him if you find yourself with a traffic violation.

Gary took care of my case without even having to meet me in person, or having me appear in court. He made it a very easy process! Everything was done as promised, and fast!
