I was very happy to have found Louis to help me in a very difficult and highly stressful child support case, he offered a free consultation and our zoom meeting was very reassurance. However it seems he is not sensitive or understanding with the problems his potential clients are facing, as we know, who contact a family lawyer probably are having the worst time in their lives. He offered flat rates and free ´caps´ on the website, but when wanted to go ahead and confirm the rate he stated there are too many variables in litigation to make any such assurance , he wont make any representations or assurances as to how much the case will cost in total. When going further trying to confirm how much it could be in total before confirm, as well as informed him of my change of circumstances, his final answer simply was : We are being going back and forth. Cant help anymore. Good luck. It seems imposible for him to give me a real estimate of my case. Pretty disappointed for the plain rude manners.

Mr. Sternberg’s communication with me was mediocre at best. I was made to wait at court for an “in person” conference. No one from the other party nor Mr.Sternberg showed. I was finally informed after (3) hours by court officer that my presence was not required. Mr. Sternberg I don’t feel is strong enough to handle a lengthy process. Any communication by him direct is by email. Don’t call his office if he’s there, chances are he will hang up on you multiple times before cursing you out. His paralegals are very nice, respectful, and courteous. Unfortunately, they’re not the ones who will represent you
