I have been dealing with the Law Office of Kenneth Mollins for quite some time now. They are very responsive and work very hard for you. I am completely satisfied with their service and team. Tim is an excellent lawyer as well. The office staff are always there for you. They have responded to me off hours, I have never been left hanging. I am very satisfied with the Professional services I received from Attorney Tim Manning , he was very supportive & informative from the beginning, when I 1st called for information he guided me through the process & provided me with the necessary information I needed even before he took my case which is a plus & their rates are manageable even during the pandemic, I would recommend this firm to anybody I know & will use their services in the future if needed.

Absolute unprofessional nightmare. Hired on recommendation from family because he was allegedly "good guy" after I suffered a catastrophic facial fracture during an assault. Needed help coordinating with prosecutors and taking on the assailants and recovering my quality of life because I was obviously unable and traumatized. He refused to do basic work that a lawyer does and even meet with me in person, and could not provide me with basic updates about my case, then blamed me when my attacker was allowed to plea out to lesser charges without my consent. I had to use outside counsel as he represented me to find information that he was supposed to because he refused to. Eventually ended up firing and replacing with a real lawyer after his firm attempted to materially misrepresent me on my behalf to claim I destroyed evidence. If you want to have a slam dunk multi-million dollar settlement and be guaranteed of losing it, Mollins is definitely that type of lawyer.

I was refereed to Ken Mollins by another attorney, who happans to be my niece , Ken has represented me I a legal matter once before , he got me all that I deserved, but his service is so good I had to use him again , so he represented me in 2 legal matter ,Kem Mollins is my go to guy .

Ken and Brenda are very unwelcoming. Ken is friendly at first but that quickly changes. Brenda is very unprofessional, condescending and belittling. If you want to be treated well then don’t go to this law office. I was treated horribly once they had my money. I will never make the mistake of hiring these two again.

THE WORST DAY OF MY LIFE IS THE DAY i HIRED KEN MOLLINS, ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO AND i FOUND TO BE RUDE, i HIRED HIM ONLY BECAUSE HE WAS 1 800 LAWYERS AND THAT WAS THE WORST THAN THE WRECK HE HANDLED MY CASE IF YOU CAN SAY THAT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WAY TO LOSE.NEVER SAW HIM NEVER SAW ANYONE IN HIS OFFICE (EXCEPT SOMEONE WHO CAME TO HOSPITAL AND GOT ME TO SIGN PAPERS) I DID BUSINESS WITH HIM AND TO THIS DAY I WISH I HAD LOST MY CASE KNOWING HE GOT A PORTION OF THE AWARD THIS IS MY OPINION AND MY REGRET

The law office of kenneth Mollins is a good firm. Reasonable prices. Hired few times. Staff is rude and unwelcoming but I have had good turn outs with the law offices services.

While Kenneth Mollins is a good lawyer he needs a new office manager. Twice she messed up and lost papers causing me a massive delay.

I have retained the Law Office of Kenneth Mollins on two personal injury cases for myself and a family member and on one criminal matter. The office was responsive and knowledgable and there was not even once I did not get a return phone call. Mr. Mollins was patient and always explained all my options and pit bull aggresive negotiating style worked really well in getting me settlements that far exceeded my expectations. His associate did a great job for me on my criminal matter and the fee was really really reasonable. I priced the case around and Mr. Mollins' fee was great. The result too was even better than I imagined. I would recommend this office for any legal matter as I felt they were exceptional
