I highly recommend Lee Shelton. He's knowledgeable, professional, and gets results. Lee exceeded my expectations and was more than worth his fee.

I got my first speeding ticket on my way home from school one weekend. Within an hour of getting back, I had Mr. Shelton on the phone. He gave me a quick rundown of what to expect both in terms of procedure and possible court outcomes. I filled out the necessary (and little) paperwork and sent it to him a few days later. Hiring him was a quick and painless process, as was communicating with him in the intervening period until the court date. He went on my behalf and got my ticket reduced to a parking ticket and a significantly reduced fine. Overall, I had an excellent experience with a friendly professional. Highly recommended!

I received my first ever ticket and as CT driver that was ticketed in NY, I knew I needed someone to help me out. I am so glad that I reached out to Shelton Law. Not only did Lee Shelton personally handle the case but he also went out of his way to explain all the charges, possible fines, and solutions to me in a very clear and easy to understand manner. He also was great with communication and was very quick to respond to any calls or emails. That, along with the flat rate and no hidden fee policy made him extremely easy to work with. In the end, my possible 6 point ticket and over $600 worth of fees and fines was reduced to a 0 point, $160 fine/fee. Because of Mr. Shelton's hard work, I will not have to pay higher insurance rates, nor do I owe the state of New York DMV over $300 in fees. Plus, he even got the ticket changed so it will not even appear on my driving record. This was beyond my best expectations and I am so glad that I did not try to do that on my own. I cannot state it enough, I am thrilled with the outcome of this whole situation. Tickets are so stressful so being able to trust someone else that knows the system is so worth it. I highly recommend this firm and (though I hope I never have need of the service again) I am glad we now know someone to call in the future.
