Jason accepted my case, and I didn't hear from him for over a month. I started to call for an update and case and called everyday for 2 weeks. I kept getting blown off and was told he would get back to me. Finally I got a call from someone in his office and said he was no longer interested in the case. He wasted 6 weeks of my time where I could have found someone else.

Well I would not recommend them David was very rude. He was not good . Do some research before choosing any lawyer

Jason Zemsky is an outstanding Lawyer, he went above and beyond for my case. Which was A very sensitive case and life changing for me. He always was honest, he always guided me thru the process step-by-step as well as keep me updated. I know I can be very difficult at time however, Mr. Zemsky never told me what I wanted to hear and he always told me the truth and he is always sincere and for me that means a lot and I really appreciate that. Still waiting, over a year supposedly not due to their fault . As far as communication goes... it’s very limited. I ended up taking a trip to their office. I’m not an individual who stresses or stalks but I’m usually the one contacting every 6 months but so far, I’m doing it every month since the year passed, by text message. I’m Trying to move away from NY so once I’m done I don’t plan on coming back. I will definitely give an honest update on them consistently as things progress and hopefully I get something.
