I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Zemsky & Salomon. Especially Jason Zemsky. I was struck down in a crosswalk by a car and did not know where to turn. After having a negative phone experience with Cellino & Barnes, I luckily found Zemsky & Salomon while doing a google search. They did everything from coming to my home to helping me secure the police report. They were professional, courteous, tough on the defendant and patient and forthcoming with me. Having had bad experiences before, I was wary about how much they would deduct as "expenses" on top of their contingency fee. I need not have been. They were extremely fair and honest. Most of these cases take over a year - some like mine longer. Jason Zemsky was wonderful and strong the entire time.

I found this law firm online the same day I got into an accident. The person did a hit and run and I was worried about where that would leave me. I spoke with mr Zemsky who was a life saver. Helped with my case, also helped me find specialists and later a surgeon. My payout was a big help since the accident left me not able to return to my career. I definitely recommend them.

I am so upset with this law firm. I don’t want to get into details about my case but I was in a car accident and had to get a spine fusion. Jason Zemsky was presented with my case a WEEK after my car accident LAST YEAR. Recently I just transferred my case to another attorney due to lack of communication and interest from the attorney Jason. After my case was transferred I was made aware that Zemsky had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING regarding my case. In the time span of a year I had not heard from him one time! I trusted him with my case because of referals never again will I make the same mistake and I will do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure that no one I know will ever do any buisiness with this firm. I had to give one star because no stars was not an option. I am in complete shock and am so upset I went to them with my case in the first place.

Unfortunitly my experience was horrible. After 6 moths of calling, texting, emailing with no response back and getting my own medical records Jason has his secretary tell me I probaly don't have a case. What a waste of my time and my emotions couldn't he have spoke to me himself. Not nice, very rude.

I was recommended to Jason and his attitude was HORRIBLE. Yes I understand the case I needed help with wasn’t his specialty, I was not aware of that, but there was no need to be so rude and dismissive especially in a case this sensitive. He had like an “ok...and?” Attitude and made me really uncomfortable. He seemed to be wanting to do anything but talk to me which is simply messed up. Nobody wants to feel unwelcome because who knows, maybe I would need him as a lawyer one day or someone I know. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them based off first impressions.
