During what was one of the scariest times of my life, he gave me all of the knowledge and support possible to help me get through it. Not only did I end up getting a great outcome for my case, but Richard helped make it a very smooth process and was always there when I had questions (which was often). So I stupidly got myself into trouble with an aggravated dwi arrest. After meeting with several attorneys, i decided to hire Richard, his charismatic personality and more importantly knowledge and familiarity with the Long Beach courts really sold me over the others. He was able to provide me with realistic expectations and wasn’t just trying to get hired by giving me false hope. He told me immediately not to expect an impaired conviction. So i never had hope for that. Was simply hoping for a normal dwi conviction. 6 court appearances later I was THRILLED to find out he was able to get my charges reduced all the way to driving while ability impaired. No criminal record. A lesson learned and something i will never risk doing again. I couldn’t be more thankful for Richard and obviously i recommend his services to anyone who may get themselves into stupid trouble like i did. Do not drink and drive folks. But if you make a mistake. He is the guy to call. Thank you Richard

No one imagines getting in trouble with the law and they would need a good lawyer. However, having Richard Hochhauser as my lawyer definitely soften the blow. I can see that he was on my side fighting for me in and out of the court room. He made me feel prepared and less nervous going into court. Never making me feel embarrassed. My father had two traffic tickets and was facing 3 points on his license. Mr. Hochhauser was able to get one dismissed and reduce the other ticket so he received no points on his license. Highly recommend this attorney. He's efficient and gets results.

I have a revocation driving license for 5, years after l got my license back l was required to install a ignition key interlock system, l ask diferentes dui lawyers, l went to dmv, my probation officer, nobody gave me any answer, l’ve google any dui lawyer his number pop up and he got me the answer that nobody could and he didn’t even charge me god bless this guy.
