Ms. Beckmann was very understanding and responsive in handling my situation. I was dealing with other serious stressful factors along with the tickets issued. How can you review a lawyer who actually didn't do anything for you? This is how. I was caught (no excuses) using my phone while driving. Atty Beckmann had helped a family member out with a similar situation, so I immediately called. After reviewing my charge Jeanne told me, in a very kind way, that I was given a more severe distracted driving and that there was little she could do given the current court appointee, and that she "didn't want to take my money". Super honest. Best recommendation you can give.

Attorney Beckmann helped us completely dismiss 3 traffic tickets. From the time I first contacted her office, I have only good things to say about the attorney and her staff. I received fast responses and great quality service. I contacted many attorneys prior to engaging Ms. Beckmann’s services but she was the best in the way she communicated. HOW could this woman have 5 stars??? I never write reviews but she is extremely unprofessional and rude. I had tickets that I wanted to see if I could go in for a free consultation. She told me she probably couldn't help me but we were talking about them and I was reading her one of my tickets and in the middle of me talking she goes, "I have to go. Good luck to you" and literally just hung up on me.
That was honestly the most unprofessional and disgusting person I've ever spoken to on the phone.

One of the worst lawyers I’ve ever seen, I called her to talk about my tickets that I got in Nassau county, she told me to send her all the info and tickets and she’ll get back to me. She got back to me a month later AFTER my court hearing.

She is simply the best! When I received a 6-point violation, I panicked in search of a representative; that's when I stumbled upon Jeanne's website and saw all of the positive reviews. On our call she was kind, upfront, and honest about her process as well as the possible outcomes of the case. A couple weeks later, I received great news that the case had been dismissed. Her fees are beyond reasonable, there is no need to look any further than her.

This was my second time using Jeanne and she has delivered both times. After our initial call she took care of everything start to finish up until getting the ticket completely dismissed (besides signing something for her I didn't need to do anything else). My original hope was to avoid points on my license, but she was able to get the ticket dismissed, with no points, and more impressively no fine. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone in a similar situation.
