Rude personal, paralegals always answer with anger and disgusted every time you call them. The client has the right to call and ask questions about the cases but they just are always in a bad mood I’m not going to mention names. But they know they have to be trained to treat people. Immigration cases causes you anxiety, depression and being kind to the people who uses their services cost nothing. Too Many references, and too expensive to get this kind of service . The lawyers are excellent, the best in their category but their personal are just bad.

I have had the honor of knowing Howard for over 20 years. What I respect most about he and his staff is that they are straight shooters. They are honest with their clients and don’t make any promises like most immigration lawyers do. My dear friend and staff member, Julio has been trying to get legalization for over 15 years. He was made broken promises and was ripped off by three previous immigration attorneys. After realizing this, I sent him to Howard and he and his wife are in the process of getting legal citizenship. His firm has been a Godsend to him.
