Lack of responsiveness and poor communication from staff
“Talked...in detail...with Mr. Marci about a legal matter, he even gave me details of what he could do to help, and now he says he doesnt help with my type if issue. Called several times, staff is rude. Never got a call back untill I called them multiple times. Then he had his secretary call for him to say he cant help. Very unprofessional, if you discussed an issue in depth with me you obviously work with that type of issue or you enjoy wasting peoples time.”
