We just used Jody for a closing on our home. She did not read our contract or she would have seen changes made to it after we approved, but before we actually signed. The days before closing she commented on items that upset us that she claimed she would never put in a contract. We were very disappointed in her as a professional. She's a nice woman but we would never recommend her
