As an attorney myself, I have known Sonal Gogia for many years. Each time I have spoken to him, I have seen him show knowledge of the law, compassion for his client, and a true spirited advocacy on the client's behalf. When someone discussed with me a problem with an immigration issue, I immediately thought of Mr. Gogia. He saw this person along with the family, explained the law and described to them what was going to be needed to have a favorable outcome. The issue was not simple and in fact it took many months to gather information which could be used as evidence. All during this time, Mr. Gogia himself or his staff, had the patience to understand their client's worries and concerns. The client understood what was required and what the possible results could be. I know other attorneys who offer free consultations and have referred clients to them in the past, but I have only heard bad about them. I don’t practice Immigration law, but with Gogia & Raj, I don’t feel that I am sending my referrals to someone who would not value them. He discussed with me everything in detailed and always gave me answer for all question and concern. He is very Responsive and professional. I filed my marriage based green card with him. Sonal and his staff prepared my all document and he discuss all the married based question in professionally, he provides list of all the question. He follows up with you in timely manner.
