Hello Everyone, It’s José Del Rosario from Oceanside, NY. I am writing on behalf of my mother who was involve in a car accident last year in Sept.2017. If you are looking for an attorney then make sure you stop what your are doing now and call or email Rosenberg and Gluck. They sent a representative from their firm within 12hrs from the time of my mother’s car accident to get the process started, while she was at the hospital. How’s that for service. I felt very confident after reviewing their website and ofcourse they delivered. My mother was happy with the settlement and the professional service they have provided. Special thanks to Mathew Blighe and the rest of the staff at Rosenberg and Gluck!

Honestly I would highly NOT recommend for anyone to use this firm. Use with caution especially with the care of some paralegals here. Because the paralegal I dealt with was PUSHY , FAST PACED, and non informational when I asked her if they had surveillance video of me she stated "no that's illegal we do not have that " I then asked her again why is that? She then stated "it would be illegal for a law firm to obtain that" ...I as a client was shocked and when I finally spoke to the head honcho. He then told me "why haven't they gave you that video" (within ten minutes it was on disc video ) So maybe the head honchos here need to re-evaluate their paralegalsparalegals. This paralegal just had a condescending attitude towards me whenever I called with questions and confusion(um, HELLO? IM SITTING on my bed disabled not able to move in so MUCH PAIN, why wouldn't I ask those questions. I see a lot I mean ALOT OF GREAT ratings here . But I honestly did not feel that and I'm here to speak the truth of what I went through. I'm very grateful for my lawyer here but I could've had more I felt like I was annoying him with questions and request . I collect ssi disability and I kept asking the lawyer how will I have all this money slash settlement and still be able to collect???he did not want to help me at all . . Well... Finding out from other lawyer and estate companies . This lawyer that got HIGHLY PAID OFF MY SETTLEMENT was supposed to advise me to open a SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST FUND(SNT). I WAS NEVER SUPPOSED to get a check in my name to just sit in the bank because of the type of benefits I collect. Even when I asked him what I was signing through Medicaid and ssi ,he still didn't inform me the details which was the SPECIAL FUND I AM REFERRING TO!! I Then asked MY LAWYER TO HELP ME CORRECT THE ambulatory report from the hospital that I went to he told me I need to speak to another lawyer or hospital about that which made no sense! If he had all my documentation and history why couldn't he PUT IN THE WORK TO HELP ME FOR THAT?? The attitude the last couple months of receiving my settlement also had me really upset and anxiety ridden between the front girls who answer phone to the brushed off attitude that even stated "WE ONLY GET pAID IF YOU GET PAID " HAS ME TOTALLY DISGUSTED ! NOT ONLY did I have to drive 50 miles back and forth in my own car to their office just to BEG THEM FOR MY CHECK (settlement) they broke it up into two checks,, because an issue but I don't think it was nice to do that to a client especially just for a low amount of money owed to Medicaid. Another issue I have is I didn't feel I got the settlement I deserved I know the lawyer advised me of all possibilities but now looking back it felt rushed and it felt like he knew it wasn't that GREAT OF A CASE to begin with and he just settled and wanted me to settle.. Anyway I'm grateful for what I have and most of all I'm grateful for my injury to heal but for the rest of my life I have to live with screws and pins I'm only 31 so I feel I could've have a better law firm fight harder for me and my foot for sure. So please look into the details of the lawyers here and please do your research first . ***Disclaimer*** everything I state here is what I personally experienced and felt and have heard. It is not to defame character on anyone at this law firm.

My experience in dealing with Svetlana Walker & Ted Rosenberg at Rosenberg and Gluck, LLP was most by far amazing. I wouldn't have wanted another attorney. She is wonderful and handled my case with compassion and expertise. I highly recommend Mrs. Walker as she is amazing in my eyes. The entire staff is amazing as well & I would recommend Rosenberg & Gluck to any and everyone. Finally after a long wait of my case/settlement after 2 and a half years I got a great outcome. NO to Rosenberg & Gluck This firm is content to be lazy. They are nothing like when they first started. Very disappointed! A family member used this firm and we were all disgusted by their employee's cynical, uncaring attitude. Their services are based in the least amount of work they can get away with. Their recommendations are horrible and outdated. They settle for insurance offers, just to end a case. They do not have the client’s best interest in mind. We know of one woman who has been waiting for some sort of final action by this firm for more than 10 years. She suffers terribly and has no real settlement to help her with her injuries. She was forced to return to work to keep her home and her injuries continue to worsen. DO NOT USE THIS LOUSY FIRM FOR ANYTHING! Absolute lousy treatment of others.

Since The date of my accident Rosenberg and Gluck has been so helpful and patient keeping me informed about progress on my case..Also gave me advice on compensation attorneys and Drs which I use and am so happy with💖💖can not state how comforting they were through the whole process..I would highly recommend this firm for any personal injury case!
