Everyone there were so helpful and answered every single question and concern i had. the whole process took some time before it came to a resolution but any time i had any concern, worry or question I called and they always took time to answer me. like i said the whole team here did a fantastic job. Especially Erin, she was so kind and helpful. she did an amazing job. once the defendant made an offer she told me that she thinks she can get a better offer. "just give me a week" she said. but the very next day Erin called back and said she got them to double the initial offer! I am blown away with the results. NO to Rosenberg & Gluck This firm is content to be lazy. They are nothing like when they first started. Very disappointed! A family member used this firm and we were all disgusted by their employee's cynical, uncaring attitude. Their services are based in the least amount of work they can get away with. Their recommendations are horrible and outdated. They settle for insurance offers, just to end a case. They do not have the client’s best interest in mind. We know of one woman who has been waiting for some sort of final action by this firm for more than 10 years. She suffers terribly and has no real settlement to help her with her injuries. She was forced to return to work to keep her home and her injuries continue to worsen. DO NOT USE THIS LOUSY FIRM FOR ANYTHING! Absolute lousy treatment of others.
