Todd was so patient with me and was truly there for me. He worked so hard to beat my case and even got it completely dismissed!!! Through this experience we learned that Todd is very passionate about helping people. We knew our legal case wasn't guaranteed a positive outcome based on our proof. Landlord-Tennant / Larceny My attorney, Todd Lamond, was outstanding with my circumstances. A very difficult and contentious eviction of a family that by the Deputy Sheriff's own words was described as ,"skilled, serial offenders". The former delinquent tenants also successfully manipulated a false larceny charge against me. Fortunately, Todd Lamond's understanding and communication skills allowed him to get larceny charges settled / dismissed "ACD" (Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal). Todd is hands down the best attorney for your traffic ticket needs! From day one Todd has shown commitment and determination in getting the best outcome. Todd recently represented me in a ticket in which I was charged with using a portable electronic device while driving, which I had not been doing, but I know how hard it is to win these cases. Todd prepared the case as if we were going to trial and got the ticket resolved in my favor without having to do so. The offer he got was the next best to a delayed dismissal, (an ACD as he termed it). He was adamant about getting this for me. Although he diligently and meticulously built a strong defense and was very confident and ready for trial, I decided against the risk and instead took the certainty of a zero point disposition with minimal fine. I strongly believe Todd could have gotten the dismissal because he did. But in the end I was well pleased with a zero point alternative guarantee. Several years ago I had also hired Todd for a ticket that I received for my children not wearing their seat belts which they absolutely were wearing the seat belts. As soon as I arrived in court Todd came in and went to the front of a long line into the back room to speak to the police officer. Before I knew it the ticket was dismissed immediately!
