Joe has represented us in a few real estate transactions over the last few years. Hands down, he is the BEST real estate closing attorney there is. I have dealt with many in my 20 years of real-estate experience so I can say this with confidence. The most important quality is that Joe is super responsive. You will get a response in minutes - which is amazing given how busy he is. If he is on a call, he will drop a line saying "back to you in 10" or even call you and say "hey call you in 5 mins" - nights, weekends. Joe's knowledge on closing is par none.
