Joe went out of his way to make sure we were under contract early and even worked over 4th July weekend to make sure it happened. He always replied to every email we sent him in an hour or less. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Joe Sayegh highly enough. He is the best real estate attorney who I have worked with. He knows the real estate laws inside and out. He takes much time to explain whatever you don't understand. He is incredibly smart and also really helpful and has a good sense of humor.
