Joe is the best! I have relied on him for all of my real estate transactions since 2002 when I bought my first place. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Everything is in order when working with him. He is quick to respond to questions and always makes sure that the client understands the transactions and the numerous documents along the way. I have now moved out of the Hudson Valley, but would recommend him to anyone!

Great experience!!
I have worked with Joe twice already and never been disappointed.
Joe returned our calls immediately, there is no third person involved and he is there for your closing, which was great. Joe explained all the process and was very nice and very helpful. I will definitely recommend Joe and look forward working with him in the future.

There aren't enough superlatives for me to use when it comes to Joseph S. Sayegh, Esq. He was my lawyer when I recently bought a co-op, and he made what could have been a very stressful time for me anything but as he put me at ease about the legal aspects of the purchase right from the start. Thoroughly professional, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. You could not do better when it comes to attorneys than Mr. Sayegh.

Joseph took me through the entire process, relieving my fears and made a relatively complicated process clear and simple to understand. Even though we had some unusual issues come up (on the buyer's side) which were potentially troublesome, I felt assured that Joseph had the experience and smarts needed to overcome this peculiar roadblock. I'm confident he has what it takes to overcome most any difficult scenario. He's also a really nice guy!
