Joe worked with us on 2 separate transactions, a purchase and sale of our home in Fishkill, NY. In 2012 and again in 2017 He walked us through each step of the way for both the purchase and selling process. He is a true advocate for his clients. He's clear and concise on whats needed way ahead of time from the different municipalities as to make sure sure the closing process is smooth for both buyer and seller. Lots of moving parts for those that don't deal with real-estate transactions often enough to know what to expect and whats needed. He does nothing with out explaining what he is doing and why. I had hired Joseph Sayegh as an attorney to sale of my single family home in poughkeepsie as well as purchasing a New property My experience with Joe from the day we met was very pleasing . Joe is a thorough professional and very responsive. My house sale hit quite some roadblocks and Joe called me promptly to discuss the issues and gave me the best advice. On the purchase front of my new property we had too many issues which cropped up against the property. Joe had dealt with the seller Attorney extremely well considering the complications which arose and made sure we close on time. This had helped me avoid monetary loss in my mortgage lock.
