He is very thorough, knowledgeable and, because he specializes in real estate law only, his expertise I found to be superior to an attorney that may have more than one area of law they practice. I would 200% recommend Joseph. He goes above and beyond to make the dreading process of selling and/or purchasing of your properties easy. After working with him during the sale of my condo, I had to have him by my side for the purchase of my first house. I trust Joseph, and he is always one step ahead of everyone.
