I recently retained Joe Sayegh for the second time to represent me in a closing on my home. The first time was 4 years ago when I purchased a home, and again this past week when I sold my home. Having Joe represent me at the purchase, and then again at the sale, was invaluable to me. With all the stress and craziness that surrounds an owner or seller during a move, it is comforting to have the legal aspect handled by such a competent attorney. Joe is very efficient and thorough, and he was fully knowledgeable about my specific property and my specific Contract of Sale. In addition to fully explaining the contract to me, he explained each step in the process to get us to the closing. He also sent me e-mails throughout the process reminding me of my responsibilities. He copied me on his e-mails to the opposing attorney, so I never had to wonder where we were in the process, nor did I have to second-guess or follow-up with him on anything. His communication was fantastic. I had no surprises at either closing and both went very smoothly. Joe is also mild-mannered which makes the experience all the more pleasant. I really appreciated having Joe represent me and I highly recommend him.

Buying a home can be a very stressful process. There are a lot of intricate details not to be overlooked and having someone in your corner that you can trust is essential. We closed on our house in May 2017 and I don't think we would have been able to do it without Joe's help and guidance through the whole process. I found out about Joe Sayegh through a real estate investment meeting. I watched him speak and I was very impressed at his passion for real estate. I worked with Joe on closing my personal residence as well as a short sale property that was highly over leveraged. Joe was straight and transparent throughout the entire process.
