Joe was wonderful. As a first time home buyer, I was expecting a confusing, paper work filled experience. Joe took care of everything, explained everything to where I only had 1 or 2 silly questions left. And those silly questions were taken seriously and answered immediately. Joe is very professional, knowledgeable and most important, friendly. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend him to anyone who asks. Also, Joe was recommended by my best friend who worked with him several years prior, it was a difficult purchase that kept coming up with issues, and she was beyond happy with how Joe handled everything.
