Lack of communication and advocacy in court

“Didn't call to discuss case- left as soon as court was over without conversation. Allowed law guardian to make false statements in court, even though i had proof of what she said was wrong. Hardly spoke in court and then two weeks before he was supposed to provide a motion to dismiss said that he was withdrawing from my case.”

“Phillip Wellner is blaming the Law Offices of Brian Herman for his delay on completing substitution of council forms on a case he was paid to do for me. According to Mr. Wellner this is the direct cause for the less than favorable outcome of my case.”
