The house I was buying had several complications prior to closing one of which involved securing a CO for a conversion that was not approved by the city. He and his staff made an otherwise overwhelming house-buying process seamless and less stressful. He's very knowledgeable, transparent, and pleasant to work with. I would recommend his service to anyone and most especially to first-time home buyers.
