I had the pleasure of working with Fred Klarer for my divorce, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. His professionalism, expertise, and unwavering support in such a stressful situation, made the process manageable and led to a favorable settlement. My experience with them was horrible. Very hard to get them to call you back or respond to emails. And they promised me 2 certified copies and only sent me a COPY of my divorce amd instructions on how to get certified copies if I want them! And I have called and emailed them about a issue that hasn’t been resolved and they do not respond. Which was no a surprise to me.

Fred and Diane were a pleasure to work with during this difficult time. Although my divorce was not complicated, it did get rather long winded due to the pandemic and some financial hurdles I had to deal with. Fred and Diane remained professional, patient and helpful throughout the entire process.

Fred and Diane were very clear on how the process worked and we had a very good experience with them on zoom. The discussions between my husband and myself went quite easily considering the situation. They answered our questions completely and to our satisfaction and provided advice on how to handle matters. Once the paperwork went back and forth with corrections, we had a final zoom where we each had to sign many documents and take pictures of the signatures as we signed them and email the photos. This sounded like it would have been very difficult but went surprisingly well as Fred is very organized and quite patient. All went as they stated and I am glad I picked Fred and Diane to handle our mediation. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to have a divorce mediator!

I honestly don’t know how these people have such rave reviews. We hired Diane and Fred as mediators towards the end of the summer. They advised due to covid it would take longer than usual (10 weeks) to draw up a separation agreement. We are very amicable and had essentially written out all our terms prior to meeting them but gave them that grace time. When the 10 weeks were up they were still giving “covid” excuses. When they finally delivered the first draft it was missing all kinds of information that we had already provided. We were told not to call or email with corrections, that we had to do it via a zoom call. We made our appointment but had to reschedule due to personal family issues. They did not respond or reply to any of our attempts to email or call and they never reached out to us on their own accord. They abandoned us as clients with no explanation whatsoever. I would never recommend them as mediators. They were completely disorganized and bickered with each other during our initial zoom call and subsequent phone calls as well which felt very awkward and uncomfortable. Perhaps they were just too overwhelmed to handle the workload...BUT it is completely unacceptable and unprofessional (I think illegal) to abandon your clients. We ended up switching to another local mediator/lawyer and she was able to hand us the first draft of our separation agreement within a week. She allowed corrections to be made via email and we signed our finally agreement the following week.

Dr. Kramer is an amazing therapist , she listens first and then offers her thoughts in a resolution , with her many years of experience , she just has a way of making things very positive. I often went into a sesssion sometimes angry and left with a whole new brighter outlook on things and that’s in just 1 hour . To this day my spouse and I are still practicing what she taught us , I would highly recommend her to anyone who seeks her services . Dave Waller
