Matt Touhy is in a league of his own. On the surface it seems like he is too good to be true and I typically dont write reviews but Matt has shown up to the plate time and time again. Matt will put you at ease with his experience. He actually cares about his clients and is willing to put in the work and proves himself to be a class act. If lawyers had a hall of fame, Matt has my vote every time. Give him a shot at your business. Its well worth it.

in 2022, i was arrested for DWI and other charges. after taking my case, Matt had the DA and judge dismiss all other charges from my record. as far as my DWI was concerned, Matt adjudicated the best possible outcome allowed by law. for anyone looking for a criminal attorney, look no further than Matthew Tuohy.

After receiving a DWAI and another misdemeanor charge, I was sentenced to three years probation. I hired Matt in hopes of having my probation terminated early. I was extremely worried after I found myself in a scuffle on July 4th and got arrested a couple days later. In the mix of my emotions, I met with Matt for the first time and he immediately understood. I'm not perfect, in fact nobody is. For once I was able to relate to somebody in this business who makes every case personable.
