Christopher, As the case progressed and again like many clients who start to lose faith and begin to think this journey is never ending, you always remained calm and reassured that the case had merit and would hold strong. This was very evident towards the final few months when we stood tall and held our ground during Arbitration where you used your experience and knowledge in advising / guiding and coaching me in preparation for our meetings with the Arbitrator and his final judgement where maximum reward was achieved.
