Luke doesn't call himself one, but he is a DWI wizzard. He was my lawyer in Tompkins county. Because of his quick and comprehensive counsel, a felony DWI was resolved as a misdemeanor. As a result of further advice i avoided a single day in jail. While my sobriety and employment certainly was meaningful to the judge and prosecutor, even the district attorney said i was "lucky" to have an attorney who made sure I had this result. The judge too nodded to my sobriety and wished me well, but also mentioned at arraignment that it was only vecaude of Luke that i avoided a felony; he said this counsel was extremely rare, and extremely good.

Luke got my DWAI dismissed! I work, am a dad, and haven't been in trouble before I got stopped by the sheriff and arrested for smoking while high. I was innocent and told Luke that. Highly recommend Luke! A friend was pulled over in Ulysses and, unfortunately, blew over the limit for alcohol. The judge there has a reputation for being tough on DWI, so we were worried. Luke was able to get the charges reduced to an infraction and my friend kept her career. Incidentally, she got sober as a result. Luke picked up my fiancé drug felony case in Chemnitz county and we are so happy he did we have seen like in action at court catching the da off guard and he has done a phenomenal job taking care of us my fiancé and a prior witch made it a mandatory minimum like slowly chipped away at the case ultimately getting the entire thing thrown out we where supposed to have trial this Christmas but luke filed a motion and the entire case dismissed! Instead of 6 years in prison my fiancée is home and through pretty amazing I was in court the other day and the judge was yelling at the prosecutor tell them they can never figure Luke out based on how Luke is I highly doubt they ever will. Luke was my lawyer in a drug case in Cortland. This was not my first time in court, but this time I had two jobs and was sustaining things. The judge insisted on jail or probation because of my record but I told Luke I couldn't do that and still work. Luke took it all the way to the day before trial when the DA caved.
