Highly recommend Luke! A friend was pulled over in Ulysses and, unfortunately, blew over the limit for alcohol. The judge there has a reputation for being tough on DWI, so we were worried. Luke was able to get the charges reduced to an infraction and my friend kept her career. Incidentally, she got sober as a result. The best thing about Luke is that he typically answers phone calls personally. So there's no nail biting waiting for a reply. Luke was sensitive to my friend's feelings of embarrassement. Luke picked up my fiancé drug felony case in Chemnitz county and we are so happy he did we have seen like in action at court catching the da off guard and he has done a phenomenal job taking care of us my fiancé and a prior witch made it a mandatory minimum like slowly chipped away at the case ultimately getting the entire thing thrown out we where supposed to have trial this Christmas but luke filed a motion and the entire case dismissed! Instead of 6 years in prison my fiancée is home and through pretty amazing I was in court the other day and the judge was yelling at the prosecutor tell them they can never figure Luke out based on how Luke is I highly doubt they ever will. Luke was my lawyer in a drug case in Cortland. This was not my first time in court, but this time I had two jobs and was sustaining things. The judge insisted on jail or probation because of my record but I told Luke I couldn't do that and still work. Luke took it all the way to the day before trial when the DA caved. Then Luke convinced that same judge. Probation is right for some people but not all. Jail is not the only alternative. Luke sees that. Call him. He fights for working people.

Luke is awesome! I had a very serious charge/offense and was in need of a good lawyer. My step-dad was in law enforcement and found Luke. Thank God he did.
