Luke got me out of jail at my felony hearing when no other lawyer I know of would have stood up to the judge. Excellent stand up lawyer and isn't afraid to go toe to toe.

I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with this lawyer. She was forced upon my family and I while closing with real estate. The level of incompetence to timeliness was unfathomable. I have never in my life been treated with such complete and utter disregard. The paralegal demanded documents(that day), never giving me notice, while expecting me to twist limbs as My wife and I were at work. Virginia never once answered me by phone. The lack of understanding and knowledge of the law and it’s process, in regards to real estate, is pathetic at its best, otherwise I would never type this out.

I am ecstatic. I found myself in a position I never thought I would and I needed to find a lawyer quickly to navigate legal waters. After speaking with several other local lawyers, some of who tried to scare the pants off me, I talked to Mr. Fenchel who quickly calmed my fears. He walked me calmly through how and why he could get me the optimal result and why every other lawyer should have done the same. Luke helped me serve no jail and or probation on a misdemeanor DWI - just got a fine -- even though I had two prior Felonies and had done state time. luke keep me in Working and did it all while Working with my financial situation.. Luke came to our aid when my son was facing serious charges at Ithaca College. The school wanted to expel him (it wasn't his first on-campus offense) and the case seemed bleak because the police witnessed the supposed violation. But we called Luke because he had helped advise and guide us with IC's rules and procedures for my son's earlier violation. This time, we went to a Conduct Review Board Hearing, and my son was found not responsible (not guilty). I was so grateful. If you or your child are facing a violation of the IC Code of Conduct - I couldn't recommend Luke more. He was patient with my son, kept me in the loop, and never gave up on us, in the end helping to clear my son's name and get him back in school.
