Very difficult to get a return call

Things got done. All went well except for the bank.

Great lawyer, especially if you're doing real estate transactions.

Horrible experience renting with them - very little notice if any was given for the house tours, so expect people barging into your apartment at random times. Very slow maintenance, requests took weeks to about a month to resolve. There are so many better and cheaper options in the Ithaca area as well, so DO NOT rent with this company.
