Beth helped make my house closing a pleasant experience. She came recommended by my real estate agent and I could not have picked a better person. We closed on time with no issues whatsoever.

We called Beth to help with the sale of our house and everything could not have gone any smoother. We had already bought another home out of state so we weren't on hand to take care of a lot of the little things. She was extremely responsive, answered every little question we had (we had never sold a home before!) and took care of everything for us - the survey, title, etc. She was in constant contact with both our realtor and the buyer's attorney. We closed on the house in under 60 days! She was absolutely great to work with.
