Was very aggressive with my case when I wanted to negotiate and be collaborative. I didn't want to burn bridges but John did. He is not who you want if you want to work with the other side again. I regret this action entirely even though, on paper, I "won."

John Hinchcliff has been my attorney for years and seems to me to be the perfect attorney. I recently had to hire an attorney in another state and realized again how special John is. I have recommended him to 3 other clients who are also extremely satisfied. He is truly excellent.

John violated a few ethics rules - nothing major but it made me nervous - and was hyper aggressive in his writings. He came off a little ambulance chaser-y. I would not work with him again.
