Racist and rude behind clients' backs. Disgusting, tiny office in a sketchy part of Jackson Heights. She's consistently late, talks over people constantly, and I have even witnessed her bullying her employees. Just not a nice person.

I highly recommend The Law Office of Marilyn Orbach-Rosenberg. I received a notice of intend to deny of my case and i did not have much time to respond. Marilyn took over my case immediately, she prepared a waiver and explained that once its submitted it might take from 18 to 24 months to have it approved. After 3 months from submitting the paperwork i received a green card. I realy dont know how Marilyn did that in such a short time and i can not express enough how greatful im. Thank you Marilyn and the rest of the staff!!!

WHAT A ABSOLUTE GODSEND! We were a bit hesitant to proceed with the process of citizenship as my husband had a state pardon and there weren’t many attorneys who have experience with his situation. From our first meeting with Marilyn and her team , we instantly knew we were in good hands . They made us feel so comfortable . Went for a immigration case. She was quite friendly but their price is too high.
