AMAZING!!! This describes my experience with attorney Rosenberg. I followed her instructions and I got my permanent residence in such a quick time(5 months from submitting papers). Her office staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I will always recommend her and be grateful.

Marilyn did an outstanding job with my wife’s K-1 Visa process. She truly went above and beyond with answering my endless stream of questions. The process is overwhelming and confusing, I can’t imagine having gotten through it without Marilyn’s help. I read nightmare stories about applications rejected and the process taking years for people. Ultimately, Marilyn was able to complete everything perfectly and the process was completed without any delays. Once submitted, the K-1 process took about 5 months (which is, to my understanding, exceptionally fast). I am sure that this is largely due to Marilyn’s excellent work and preparation of the documents. I would recommend Marilyn without hesitation to anyone needing an immigration lawyer.

My husband hired attorney Marilyn Orbach-Rosenberg to represent me so I could improve my legal status soon enough it came time for my initial review with INS all was going well until we were asked to submit more documents that we didn't have handy at the time TOTALLY MY FAULT NOT Attorney Orbach-Rosenberg!! I was given and Intent Of Denial and INS gave us only 30 days to submit the requested documents, or our case was going to be denied Attorney Orbach-Rosenberg fought for my case to be resolved until we won it took 8 months and I always felt she was totally involved. In 2018 I was looking for a good immigration lawyer for my brother. (From 1998 until 2001) . Marilyn M Orbach Rosenberg was very knowledgeable a great communicator, smart and the best thing in this case she knew about this law. She did a lot of research due to the fact she knew the young immigration officers would not have the knowledge to take any decision since they did not have a lot experience. Marilyn spoke with supervisors and also she went to the top officers for them to hear and study this complex case. Marilyn got the green card for my brother. As a family we are very happy that we found Marilyn as our lawyer and I can assure to anyone that she will do everything and she will win any case .
