they do not reply to emails. they take months to reply to emaisl such that your case gets dismissed. they have my USCIS ID and password and it is my right that they provide it to me. but they did not provide me that also. Neha and her team are huge frauds.

The worse ever happened to me I was supposed to get my residenship from my mother I was underage I got the first approval letter and Bryan had to send it in and he forgot and when I went to him he said oh I forgot but I can apply in a different free of charge and this was 2011 and till this nothing and he charged me 3,900 and when I call him asking for his new office they hang up I have the letter and the receipts
