I was referred to Ms. Debbie Fiss by another attorney and I am truly grateful and blessed finding her at the worst time of my life. Debbie is extremely responsive and knowledgeable but most of it she is very honest, personable, genuine and compassionate. Her commitment and dedication to her cases are remarkable. Her team is also wonderful and easy to work with. I highly recommend Debbie to anyone seeking a divorce or dealing with custody/matrimonial issues. Not only is she an amazing attorney, but also a great human being. You will be hiring the best lawyer out there.

I needed a divorce attorney and was running out of time responding to papers that were mailed to me around the holidays. I was calling everywhere; I would get answering services or the run around with no solution that was costly. At this point I was discouraged, scared and nervous. I took a chance and called the law office of Deborah G. Fiss Esq., and she picked up herself (most of the lawyers I contacted were away)! She told me to take a deep breath, calming me down and guiding me on what I needed to do to make sure nothing would default by how the papers were answered (especially during the holidays). I was also given an appointment for consultation within a few days of our first conversation. My initial meeting with her went smoothly. I was initially greeted by her staff, who are warm and endearing. The whole office was willing to help me when I needed it the most. She talked to me explaining the process and reassuring me there will be no surprises( or her part). I knew right away, that she would be representing me in my divorce. She is confident, intelligent and knowledgeable with everything that came our way. But what stuck out more so was her empathy and warm personality toward all her clients, she actually cares about what is going on in your life. Her feedback on what she felt she could do for me and my kids as my lawyer was believable. She was swinging for me throughout the whole process and even after. I strongly recommend Deborah G. Fiss Esq. to anyone looking for solid legal representation. I know you will not be disappointed!

The relationship with your matrimonial attorney is a very important one. From the moment I met Debbie she made me feel comfortable. I am a lawyer myself and needed someone else to take the reins. Debbie is a very experienced Queens matrimonial attorney who will give you a nudge when you need it and be a source of strength in your compromised moments. She is straightforward, aggressive when necessary, and very responsive to communication. I’ve also been lucky enough to have had more than a few laughs with her. I have been Debbie’s client for nearly three years and am so grateful to have had her usher me through my divorce.

Ms. Fiss came highly recommended. However, the first court date when Ms. Fiss and the opposing attorney began loudly arguing with each other just outside the judge's chamber, I knew I needed a different attorney. I asked to pick up my legal papers from her office, but Ms. Fiss insisted it was practice for her to send the papers to my new attorney[ probably to use up more of my retainer money.] Then I learned from my new attorney that she did not send all the legal information. Maybe Ms. Fiss was a good attorney years ago, but that sure wasn't my experience

I have just finalized my H1-B visa process with Daniel S. Drucker and I couldn't be happier. Daniel has helped me since day 1 with answering all my questions and doubts. I started my journey with Daniel back in 2013 when I graduated with my Master's Degree and started the process of getting a H1-B VISA and then lately, a Green Card. I was totally unfamiliar with the process but Daniel made it easy to understand by helping, literally, on every step of the process. Among others, he is very professional, patience and personable. I would highlight two things about my experience with him during all these years: 1. His effective communication and recommendations. He answered EVERY SINGLE QUESTION/DOUBT I had with no complains and in a timely manner. He keeps you fully updated in regards to your case. Most of the times, I already knew about notifications that will be mail to me from USCIS because of him. 2. Due to the pandemic and some other administrative delays, my case was "in the air" for a bit when he contacted a Senator to advocate and expedite my case with USCIS! :) I strongly recommend his services.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mark Drucker, Esq and Daniel Drucker, Esq over the course of a few years as my company and I navigated the work-sponsorship (EB1/EB2) process. They were incredibly professional, efficient and careful in the entire filing process. They have decades of combined experience as a family firm which inspires confidence. In the height of a global pandemic (when government systems shut down) they remained responsive although the situation was out of their hands. I received clear and prompt instructions when there was something I had to complete in this process. I highly recommend The Drucker Law Firm. They give you your best shot for a favorable outcome in your process (though of course USCIS has the final say). The steps may all seem routine but this is life-changing work.
