Initially, Frances demonstrated responsiveness that gave me confidence in her abilities. However, I later observed a decline in attention to detail and execution on my case. Subsequently, she became unresponsive to emails and returned my call after a significant delay of 2 months. Despite an apology and my willingness to move forward, the pattern repeated, with another 2 months of unresponsiveness. This lack of professionalism has been disappointing.

Ms Ruiz is Go-Getter, passionate about her clients cases, she knows her stuff and gave me great advice and is an amazing family attorney, she returns my calls and emails, She is a smart, honest and knowledgeable lawyer. I am extremely happy my family and I hired her. I highly recommend her and give her 10 stars!!

Ms. Ruiz and her staff are sympathetic and patient about client’s questions about legal matters that we don’t know or understand. Ms. Ruiz, in particular, is also a good listener in those times when all you are is frustrated. Handle a divorce case that she never finish and still got paid for services not rendered. She never returns your phone calls and when you want to see her she gives you the excuse that she is at court. She is very unprofessional. She talks down to you like you are below her. BEWARE DON'T HIRE THIS LAWYER SHE IS ON JACKSON HEIGHTS.
