Great Team, perfect work

I was referred to Ryan Walsh at Walsh and Gilad for the purchase of our condo. They were very responsive from beginning to end! I would send emails in the evening and they would respond immediately even though it was well after closing hours. Now that is service!! As is typical in closings, there were some adjustments to be made at the table however, Albert handled everything very well. I would highly recommend this firm for your real estate needs. They are definitely going to be my go to law firm for any real estate transactions.

I recently closed on purchasing a COOP through Walsh and Gilad. I found them through using Metlife/Hyatt Legal plans so the lawyer fees were all covered by the plan. I had a very good experience with the process as Ryan Walsh and Albert Hakimi were very thorough and did a good job from drafting the initial signed contract all the way to the final closing. Ryan Walsh also helped me find a good mortgage broker who helped me lock in a rate right before rates spiked. I would highly recommend using Walsh and Gilad, especially if you are someone who is enrolled in Metlife/Hyatt Legal plans as all the legal fees are covered.
