I use their services to buy a house and the guide me through process; since day one communication was great, although the process was very long due to the seller’s inconvenience, they proof to be consistent and on top of the situation. They are on your side and will look for any details to defend your money. After regaining track of the process they sped up and I was able to close on time. Great team, great service, great communication.!

We used Walsh & Gilad when we sold our Co-Op and again months later when we purchased a house. The entire team was very helpful and extremely responsive. Ryan walked us through our contracts and made sure all our expectations were represented and brought up any areas of risk. We felt extremely comfortable during the entire process. Albert, the closing attorney helped us coordinate everything we needed for closing with no issues. I was referred to Walsh & Gilad to represent me when selling a condo unit in Queens. I met with Ryan over Zoom and he gave me a thorough overview of the process. As the closing date approached, Albert reached out to me to say he would be representing me at the closing. As many closings are, mine was a bit frantic, but Albert steadily and firmly represented my interests and was able to handle all the curveballs with a steady hand.
