I closed on a co-op today; the process was quick.

My wife and I just closed in our condo, the whole experience was pretty good from the beginning until the end, closing attorney Albert Hakimi, was always responsive and help us a lot, i will recommend this firm to anyone looking for representation in any Real Estate deals.

Ryan represented me 12 years ago with the purchase of my first home. I was very impressed with his knowledge on things that I needed to add to my contract to help the contract work in my favor since I was a first-time homeowner. Ryan answered any question I may have had promptly. Fast forward, 12 years later I am now selling my first home. I couldn’t have picked another law firm to represent me than Ryan’s. Over the years, Ryan's company has grown. Working with Ryan and his team, I worked closely with Albert.
