Very knowledgeable firm and know how to talk to people.. keep it up

Mr. Koslow, I have to say has been the most efficient, kindest, patient , knowledgeable attorney that I have ever had. He truly , listens and works out the best solution possible: the best case scenario. My case was a ridiculous case and he made sure the court recognized it as such. He advocated for me when other lawyers ( that I have had prior) were afraid to do so. I would recommend him to any person needing to hire a great attorney. I am really just so floored at how he made sure things turned out well for me, because of his expertise and persistence toward the court to recognize nonsense arrests. I will sing this man’s praises forever, and I am truly, grateful for all that he has done for me. He needs a billboard, end of story!!

Awesome Law firm! I have used Ryan as my attorney on purchases. Things went smoothly and we closed my deals in record time. He represents me in acquisitions and after rehab he's representing me on the the re-sale of the properties. Ryan and his team are easygoing, but they keep you legally well protected, and they get the job done. I know because I have been poorly represented by other attorneys, and lost a lot of cash. I was fooled by these stellar Google reviews. I hired Ryan as I was trying to buy a property in Manhattan. I felt like he just wanted me to sign the contract as soon as possible rather than review the contract carefully. As an example, after some negotiations on one of the clauses in the purchase agreement, seller sent a revised contract which crossed off a line that clearly puts me at a disadvantage. I pointed this out to Ryan. He initially disagreed and he said he would have his paralegal check this. After a couple of hours, he called me and said his paralegal agrees with me and his paralegal will revise the contract and send it my way. Uh. really? Are you saying your paralegal reads the contract more accurately than you do? I had to get another lawyer right away. He wasted a week in our purchase process. I'd recommend you spend $500 more and hire a more qualified lawyer.

I just closed on my mother’s house with the help of RJW and his team, and it was seamless. It was my task to handle all the logistics for Mom since I was knowledgeable about the home buying process since I just went through the process in NJ, basically the same process. Never met Ryan nor his team until closing — (though I do recommend meeting your counsel). Communication was mainly via email and phone. I found the entire team very responsive and even received return emails on the weekend. The other attorneys on the team I had contact with were also great (Melissa, Albert, and the paralegal Francisco). Price was on par. I highly recommend them, without reservation.
