I’ve had the unique opportunity to have worked with Ryan, Melissa and the team-members on both sides of a real estate transaction; as a realtor representing the seller or buyer and as the seller myself. I recently sold my condo and the experience was nothing short of seamless due in large measure to the solid support and honest guidance I received from contract to closing. When going through any sort of legal issues (minor or major), it can be an incredibly stressful time. Seth Koslow has a way about him that makes the situation seem like it is "no big deal" and he gets the job done! Seth has a way about him that makes you see the big picture, and his knowledge, confidence, positive outlook, and legal expertise is second to none. Being that Seth is also an incredible father of 2, young, adorable kids makes him treat his professional career with such patience and "humanizes" the situation. I have worked with this firm for both the purchase of my condo and my home. Melissa did not work alone though. I hardly give 5 stars to anybody, even if they were good. Ryan J. Walsh and his associates are really great. Each one of them stays of top of every case. One of them are always available when you call them, unlike other law firms where you only speak to the paralegals. They completed 2 closings for me couple of months ago without any issues at all. They really care and make you feel important. Before I found Ryan J. Walsh, I talked to other attorney's . They are always in rush and push everything off to the paralegal. Ryan J. Walsh and his team works completely differently. Out of all the choices I have made in life, I can say without any doubt my choice of attorney was one of the greatest.
