My real estate agent referred me to him and explained that Shane will make a uneasy situation as easy and with a sense calmness as possible. Shane explained things thoroughly and made me feel calm about the entire process. Even during the final underwriting process when they kept asking for certain things Shane’s team jumped right on it.
