Very over-rated and dis-organized. I was a first time home buyer & its extremely hard to get in touch with Mr. Baksh. Neither The front desk employees or Mr. Baksh ever follow up with you even when they say they will call you back. Dont come here unless you know what you are doing

First time home buyer so I knew nothing. Many big things slipped through the cracks where I wish he would've advocated for me such as the sellers were advertising the house as a 3 bedroom and a garage, but it was really a 2 bedroom with the garage turned into another room. Price difference would be significant. We realized this at the closing, but this lawyer did not advocate for us and we didn't know any better. The seller's lawyer advocated for them and everything was in their favor. Even all the things they lied about. They had a real lawyer. I wish I knew better and hired a lawyer who at least pretended to have my best interest at heart instead of someone who is just trying to close the deal regardless on whether or not his client is getting ripped off or not.

Mr. Baksh is the best Lawer in town I highly recommend him for your attorney he did a great job on the deal of my new home. He look in to everything possible to make sure you have all require document and everything is good before closing.
